Insurance

We are an in-network provider with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Premera Blue Cross, Cigna,Uniform, Pacificare, Lifewise and United. We also accept personal injury cases.

Fees

For patients covered by insurance, the standard rate is $210 per hour. For patients not covered by insurance we offer a discounted rate of $165 per session. For non-insured patients, the initial consultation, which includes diagnosis, assessment, prognosis and full modality treatment, is $195. We accept cash, personal check, credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. 

Policies

Patients are requested to arrive for their appointment on time, and to call the clinic if by any chance they will be arriving late.
There is a 24 hour cancelation policy. Full payment will be charged if patients fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

What to wear

Most sessions do not require disrobing, and patients are simply advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is preferable not to arrive arrive for treatment on a completely empty stomach, or immediately after a big meal. Please make sure to drink plenty of fluids after your session.
